We've given away Lucky to the parents of our friend Courtney. Apollo always hated her and she was always showing up with scars, and we really didn't have the time to pay much attention to her; she's much too nice a cat to subject to all of that, so we decided to find her a better home. I think that we did.

As of mid-January (2006), we found out Bashful is diabetic. He'd lost 3 pounds in 2-3 months, which is a pretty big deal. He (and thus all the cats) are now on a special diet, and he gets insulin shots 2 times/day. While it's not much fun for anybody, we're really glad we caught it this early. He's pretty young for a diabetic cat, but the prognosis is good.

Bagheera is as laid back as ever.
