It snowed all day.

We got her a futon to serve as a better temporary bed than the pallet we'd made on the floor for the first week or so. She picked the Dora the Explorer one out for herself. Here she is reading a science magazine (yes, she's so clever that she can even read it upside-down) on the futon folded up into a couch:

Bryan took her to the Reston petting zoo this past week. He said, "I wish the camera would shoot faster; she keeps doing cool stuff, but it only lasts a second, and the camera takes several seconds to take a picture!" Oh, well, here are some of the cuter ones:

Grammy likes to fix Eilonwy's hair with gel after her bath. This is the result the morning after:

I came across this rather stunning photograph, taken from inside the Smallpox Hospital (also known as the Renwick Ruin), on Roosevelt Island.

Eilonwy has six teeth now - four on top and two on bottom.
